HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
We will call or email to confirm your request before any commitment is required. Once service needs are decided we will fax a short agreement for signature based on our telephone or email conversation. We will begin script preparation immediately and email your script within 3 working days for approval. A payment request will be made either by pay pal or company check prior to going to production. When your program is completed we will submit a mp3 file for review and modifications or acceptance.

WHAT IS A PROGRAM?
A program consists of a series of 5 to 10 short 10-15 second messages pertinent to your callers.
The messages are mixed with music and a short music interlude is spaced between messages. The music interlude can depend on client desires, quantity of script and limitation of playback equipment. A typical on-hold program runs about 5 minutes total.
WHAT IS MY APROVAL PROCEDURE?
We submit your completed script via email for your approval or you submit your own script to us. Once the script is approved by you, we produce your program as outlined above and email a mp3 file for you to listen to and approve or request modifications to the production. Changes to the script after production may be extra.
